STATEMENT

ETHOS

Architecture and the objects that we surround ourselves with offer profound meaning and pleasure to our lives. History, memories, relationships, emotions, and atmospheres compose an experience. The pursuit of creating a compelling experience is the essence of what I love to do.

Design at its core is about space and the reformulation of the world around us. True luxury is time, space, and the freedom to choose how we want to live our lives. My canvas for space and passion for the objects that inspire me spans seas and cities, ships and buildings, people and cultures, the past and future. Through opening our eyes to the magic of the world around us I believe a compelling experience can be achieved through a fluid process of experimentation, discovery, and the pursuit to live a life one has always dreamed.

Whether it is a small home or large boat, a historical object next to a contemporary art piece. I believe these moments should offer one the possibility to experience the world in a different way, perhaps a way never imagined.

BIOGRAPHY

Born and raised in a coastal village in the northwest corner of Oregon where life was simple, nature was his playground, and the ocean was a constant companion. The freedom to explore, discover, and create experiences manifested at a young age. At 18 years old, Lujac bought a one-way ticket to the French Riviera to crew on superyachts learning about how ships operate inside and out. After receiving an accredited Bachelor of Architecture from California College of the Arts in San Francisco he has garnered experience working for some of the most influential contemporary architects in the world. His niche working in-between land and water, objects and spaces, art and architecture has become internationally published and awarded for several building and boats garnering the attention of a small group of visionary clientele.
